Job Description:
As a tour guide, you will be responsible for leading and educating groups of travelers, ensuring they have an engaging, safe, and memorable experience. Your duties will include:
- Conducting guided tours in China.
- Providing insightful commentary on historical, cultural, and natural landmarks.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.
- Assisting with logistics, such as transportation, tickets, and schedules.
- Answering questions and addressing concerns from travelers.
- Promoting local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of Chinese history, culture, nature,etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience as a tour guide or in a related field is preferred.
- Valid tour guide license, first aid certification, etc.
